Check-in is from 2:00 PM for all reservations made directly through our websites. For all other booking channels, check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is available for everyone until 11:00 AM.

The hotel reception is open 24/7, which means that there will always be someone there to welcome you, regardless of your time of arrival.

Only certified assistance dogs are welcome in our hotel. Unfortunately, we cannot allow other pets.

The hotel is completely non-smoking. That means no smoking in the hotel, rooms, balcony and other public areas.

At the reception we accept the following payment methods: pin (contactless) or by credit card. Payment with cash is not possible.

Yes, luggage storage is available free of charge if you wish to leave your luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out.

The hotel is fully wheelchair accessible and offers a public accessible restroom with an alarm system. Additionally, it features a wheelchair-friendly room equipped with an adapted bathroom and an alarm system for extra safety and comfort.

It is allowed when the parents have signed a written statement. We also ask for a copy of the passport of all underage guests, in case there is no adult present.

To guarantee your reservation before arrival, the amount on your credit card will be authorized at noon on the day before your arrival. At check-in you can pay with another payment card, the authorization taken earlier will be cancelled.

You can change or cancel your reservation by contacting the booking channel where you made your reservation. Please check your personal reservation confirmation for the specific cancellation policy.

Restaurant

What are the breakfast opening hours? What are the breakfast opening hours?

From Monday to Friday you can enjoy breakfast from 07:00 - 10:00. And on weekends from 07:30 to 11:00.

From Monday to Saturday, you can enjoy dinner in our own restaurant from 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM. On Sundays, you can choose from our take-away menu for lunch and dinner.

Yes it is certainly possible to use breakfast. Please contact the hotel by phone to adjust your reservation for this purpose.

Amrâth Airport Hotel Rotterdam has its own parking lot with 200 parking spaces. The parking lot is located in front of the hotel, and parking here is subject to a fee.
